Description
Horizontal Filter Press is Sparkler Type and consists of filter cartridge assembly having s.s filter plates, support screen, interlocking cups and fitted in the S.S. tank the pressure tight lid. It is provided with air vent, pressure guage and suitable pump with S.S. make motor. The whole unit mounted on S.S. trolley fitted with fibre castor wheel for easy movement.

Salient Features
Manufactured from S.S. 304/316/316L quality, argon are welded and mirror polished. It can be provided with different type of pumps depending in the viscosity of liquid and output i.e. 'Gear Pump/ Centrifugal Pump/ Lobe Pump/ Roto Pump. M.S./ S.S. jacket is provided for hot filtration & cooling.

Provided with bypass, system & safety valve. Sample collecting device is provided. Complete s.s. stand with fibre castor wheels and s.s.cover to the motor. Arrangement provided to remove last drop of liquid from scavenger plate. It is used for crystal clear filtration of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, beverages, distillery, oil, ink and other industry.

1. Neelam Autoclave will be in sturdy construction using plates of appropriate thickness which prevents buckling under vacuum or bulging due to pressure.
2. Fully automatic by means of PLC base controls, which operate pneumatically actuated solenoid valves. Provision of four different cycles and programmes.

1. Standard Cycle Operating Pressure -1 Bar to + 4 Bar

• Heat up- ster hold (121°C) - exhaust
• Heat up- ster hold (134°C)- exhaust

The technique uses the method of gravity air removal to ensure uniforms steam distribution and penetration.

Steam trap equipped with air vent ensure maximum air removal. Useful for sterilization of glass containers i.e. ampules, vials, glass bottles etc. It is also useful for Sterilization of glass wares, utensils, vessels, instruments, rubber articles linen etc.

2. HP HV Cycle

• 3 pre ster vacuum pulses-heat up-ster hold- exhaust
• 3 pre ster vacuum pulses-heat up- ster hold- exhaust-post ster-vacuum pulsing for drying.

This technique uses near 100% air removal from sterilization clamber v, which results in better temperature uniformity in the chamber because of the absence of air pockets i.e. cold spots. This technique increases the penetration of steam in porous products from which removal of air is difficult.

Vacuum drying at the end of sterilizing hold period ensures drying of the material which has been sterilized it is useful for vials and eye drops entering the class I area and processing drums, garments, fabrics, drying rubbers stoppers vessels machine parts, liquids in bottles and PVC pouches etc.

3. Leak Test Cycle for periodic testing of door integrity and pipeline connections & detecting leakage ampules.

4. Another HP HV Cycle with post vacuum pulses can be provided, if required for special purpose.
