These standard as well as custom-designed Pre-fabricated Cold Rooms are made out of Poly-Urethane Foam Sandwich (PUF) panels manufactured with international technology and World-class refrigeration units manufactured by Technoblock-Italy to support a continuous Cold Chain for the food processing, floriculture, sericulture, pharmaceutical, hospitality and many more applications.

- Insulation: Prefabricated RPUF Sandwich Panels -60mm thickness for cold-room up to 0 deg C and 100mm for freezer rooms up to 25 deg C with integral cam lock facility.
- Lamination: Hygienic Interiors with Pre-coated GI and/or SS304 for both interior and exterior cladding.
- Floor Finish: Internal flooring finishes to suit customer needs. PCC/RCC floor for heavy traffic, Civil Constructed floor for medium traffic and Panel Flooring for light traffic areas For normal Walk-in applications, Modular floor panels with 12mm Marine plywood finished with 2mm Aluminum chequered plates are provided.
- Door: Hinged Swing Door or Sliding Flip-flap door options generally sized 800mm x 1800mm, PUF insulated doors with heavy-duty machined aluminum / SS hinges and non-corrosive latches, anti-condensation heaters for deep freezer doors.
- Refrigeration Units: High quality CFC free Units. Both Monoblock and split type refrigeration systems for Walk-In Coolers and Freezers imported from Technoblock Italy. These refrigeration units, specially designed for Indian ambient conditions are available in two temperature ranges. Medium: +15oC to -5oC Normal: -5oC to -25oC.
